Students may turn immunization records in to the school nurse on the first day of school or at the county board office. WGMS would like to remind families that any student interested in playing sports next year will need a physical. Any physical completed after May 1st will be accepted for all sports for the next school year. Rainelle Medical Center will be doing free physicals at WGMS during the school day from May 24th to June 1st. Forms are in the office for the students to bring home and have completed if you would like your child to have a physical here. They will also be doing the required shots for any student going into 7th grade. Volleyball conditioning will be August 7th, 8th and 9th at WGMS from 8 to 10 am. Tryouts will be August 14th and 15th. Please bring a water and snack. Practice will be from 8-11 thereafter. Any girl going into 6th, 7th and 8th grade for the upcoming school year that is interested in playing volleyball, will need to obtain a sports physical

Western Greenbrier Middle School would like to remind timber wolf families that our 3rd nine weeks report card fair will take place on Wednesday, April 12th from 5:00 – 6:30 PM. This will be a time for parents to pick up report cards, set up parent/teacher conferences, and participate in some family fun with various games and activities. Just a reminder that spring pictures and sports pictures are tomorrow, Tuesday, April 11th. Spring pictures are only taken with the picture form and payment in hand.
